Key Responsibilities
Site Survey: Conduct thorough site assessments to understand the venue layout, space constraints, and environmental factors, ensuring optimal placement for decor installations.
Event Planning: Collaborate with clients and event organizers to determine event themes, objectives, and branding requirements, ensuring all decor aligns with the overall vision.
Client & Vendor Coordination: Manage communication and coordination between clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of decor with the event’s overall production.
Concept Development: Develop creative concepts and designs that reflect the event’s atmosphere, audience, and branding, transforming spaces with visually impactful decor.
Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate applicable logistics, including transportation, timing, and assembly, ensuring timely delivery and efficient installation.
Installation: Oversee the setup of temporary event decor, ensuring all installations are executed as per design specifications and meet safety standards.
Installation Management: Supervise the entire installation process, managing teams on-site to ensure that every piece of decor is installed accurately, securely, and within the event timeline.
This section showcases my work in designing custom event decor for some of the most prestigious and high-energy sporting events, including the Super Bowl, NCAA Championships, the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, the NFL Combine & Hall of Fame, and numerous events at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Each project is a unique opportunity to create vibrant, dynamic installations that elevate the excitement and spectacle of these iconic occasions.
